I created "iONA VOICE" because my mission is to empower organisations, and provide HR Services and to be their Modern Slavery Advocate.
I have a proactive approach in preventing people from being exploited and to make sure that everyone is treated with dignity and respect and free from labour exploitation throughout their employment.
HR Services
I offer a unique service to businesses who do not have their own HR Team, or those that have a small team and need additional support, by making sure all the relevant HR start-up paperwork is in place including carrying out your induction programme tailored to your needs, whilst looking for signs of possible modern slavery.
